Al fresco Farm to Table experience in the beautiful canals of Xochimilco
We’ll gather at the UNESCO site of Xochimilco, where canals mirror the sky and wild marigolds seem to float between worlds. Together we’ll drift into a space where memory, flavor, and tradition intertwine.
What makes this encounter unforgettable?
Two renowned chefs will prepare a lunch inspired by the foods that remind them of their beloved departed, each dish carrying the essence of remembrance and the beauty of legacy passed down through taste.
We will also share an artisanal mezcal tasting and explore a chinampa, discovering the living roots of this remarkable place.
To close, we will create a collaborative Day of the Dead altar, where assistants will weave together stories and offerings so every guest may hold space for those they wish to honor.
(Price includes food, drinks, mezcal tasting, boat ride, and a goodie bag with limited edition creations by Mexican artist Autinauta .)
