We’ll head down to the most rural part of the city, where we'll be in direct touch with nature and we'll see foods at their truest origin.
This is a tour lead by Jorge Córcega and his family, who've been making mole for decades, suplying to some of the best restaurants and chefs in the city.

7:15 AM - Start at Rosetta
We’ll start the day off with great coffee and pastries
Cactus Fields of Milpa Alta
We’ll travel to the southern borough of Milpa Alta where we’ll pick our own cactus and have a Mexican farm-to-table breakfast
The most important ingredient: Corn
A hands-on experience with corn and nixtamal directly with the people who farm and harvest it.
Best for last
We’ll have a sit down meal involving the most important ingredients of the region like corn, cactus and of course Mole!
